Weekly Love Letter

Theme: Protection

Deflecting negativity is an important skill to cultivate in order to maintain protection and safety in one's life. Negativity can come in many forms, such as toxic people, negative self-talk, or external stressors. By deflecting negativity, we can prevent it from affecting our emotional and mental well-being, and create a shield of positivity around ourselves. This can involve setting boundaries with toxic people, practicing self-care and positive self-talk, and shifting our focus to gratitude and optimism. By doing so, we can create a safe and protected space for ourselves, which can improve our overall quality of life and well-being.

✨ Mudra: Svasti mudra

Find a comfortable seat. Hold the palms facing each other in front of the chest as if preparing to place them in prayer position. Cross the forearms with the right arm closer to the chest, so that the backs of the hands are facing each other, about ten inches apart. Point the fingers upward. Relax the shoulders, back and down, with the elbows held slightly away from the body and the spine naturally aligned.

✨ Mantra: Within my aura of protective energy, all negativity is neutralized completely.
