Weekly Love Letter

Theme: Opportunity

Greeting each day with an open mind is a powerful way to approach life. When we approach the day with a mindset of possibility and abundance, we are able to see the world in a new light. We become more receptive to new ideas, new experiences, and new opportunities. This mindset allows us to break free from limiting beliefs and expectations, and to embrace the infinite possibilities that the universe has to offer. By welcoming each day with an open mind, we can create a life that is full of joy, growth, and adventure.

✨ Mudra: Ushas mudra

Find a comfortable seat. Interlace the fingers loosely and rest the hands on the lap, with the palms upward. The right thumb is on top. The tips of the thumbs may lightly touch each other. Relax the shoulders back and down, with the elbows held slightly away from the body and the spine naturally aligned.

✨ Mantra: I greet each new day as a mystery to be lived fully and joyfully.

Join us as you rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a "tip" or "buy me a coffee," you can do so with a credit card when you register.
