Weekly Love Letter

Theme: Stability

Achieving stability in life's journey is a fulfilling and empowering accomplishment. It entails finding a sense of balance, security, and contentment in various aspects of life, such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth. It involves making wise decisions, setting and pursuing meaningful goals, and managing challenges and uncertainties with resilience and adaptability. Achieving stability is a lifelong endeavor that requires self-awareness, perseverance, and continuous effort, but the rewards are immeasurable, providing a sense of fulfillment, happiness, and a strong sense of purpose in life's journey.

✨ Mudra: Bhu mudra

Find a comfortable seat. Curl the little and ring fingers comfortably toward the palms of the hands and place the thumbs on top of them. Extend the middle and index fingers straight out in a "V" shape. Touch the tips of the middle and index fingers firmly to the Earth, out to the sides of the body so that the arms form a triangular mountain shape with the head as the summit. Relax the shoulders back and down, with the spine naturally aligned.
