Weekly Love Letter

Theme: Presence

Inviting gratitude into the present moment is a powerful practice that can bring a sense of peace, contentment, and joy into our lives. It involves consciously focusing on the things we are grateful for in the present moment, whether they are big or small. It can be something as simple as feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin or the taste of a delicious meal. By bringing our attention to these moments and expressing gratitude for them, we can shift our perspective and cultivate a more positive mindset. This can help us to feel more connected to the world around us and to appreciate the many blessings that we have in our lives.

✨ Mudra: Anjali mudra

Find a comfortable seat. Join the palms of your hands and thumbs, pointer fingers, middle fingers, ring fingers, and pinky fingers. Bring this prayer position in front of your heart. Soften the shoulders and align the spine. Connect to the breath as you let this mudra invite gratitude into the present moment.
